Some property managers are responsible for repairs and some are not. Ask them whether they require separate payments or they include in contract itself. Acknowledge the effectiveness of the company whether they are competent in hiring tenants after complete research work allied with background and they should be capable of paying the monthly rental. Recognize the statistics from the web or local classifieds what is the ratio of their current vacant properties. If they withstand the market and are recognized as well then it is great decisions to hire them otherwise skip to another company for hassle free working process.
