"We are a registered Welfare Society with an aim of providing low cost,
quality housing to our members. Enclosed herewith is a copy of the registration
certificate Regd. no. S/55172/2006. The management of this society has
already assembled 16 acres of land. P-II is a designated High Rise residential
zone as stipulated under Master Plan 2021 of the Delhi State.
The Master Plan Stands notified, Zonal Development Plan stands notified & the
Sector Plan of P-II also stands notified. P-II has 13 sectors spread across 8194
hectares of land. This project is directly handled by the Ministry of Urban
Planning through its executing arm, Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The
government of India/Delhi is also actively involved in taking this project on a
fast lane so as to provide relief to the ever growing needs of India's most important city
