Land is consolidated after the Land Pooling agency keeping its share for development of Social Infrastructure such as roads, stadium, fire station,

parks, police station etc.

After the land is acquired, it is transferred to a land pooling agency

Land Pooling agency consolidates and transfers back the contiguous

piece of land
