InmoRealty is an independent company, which specialise in the

Guadalmar is a seaside neighborhood located in the outskirts of
the city of Malaga. It is 8 miles from downtown and 2 km from
Malaga airport - Costa del Sol, in the district of Churriana.
Bordered Arraijanal sector and with the neighbourhood of Vega
de Oro on the east, and the Loma de San Julian north. In turn
adjoins the Guadalhorce River at its mouth and borders the
Mediterranean Sea (Alboran Sea).
Alongside Guadalmar is the natural setting and the mouth of
the River Guadalhorce. It is a conservation area, with an area
of 67 hectares marshes south of the city of Malaga, where the
Guadalhorce River splits into two branches, forming an alluvial
delta where there are some small gaps of artificial origin.
MALAGA AIRPORT Less than 2 kilometers from Guadalmar is Malaga Airport (IATA:
AGP, ICAO: LEMG). The airport is located in the district of
Churriana, eight kilometers from the center of the city of Malaga.
Of the three who took part in the first air route (Toulouse-
Barcelona-Alicante-Malaga-Casablanca), established in Spain
in 1919 by the French company founded by Pierre Latécoère,
Lignes Aeriennes Latécoère.
The airport currently ranks fourth in terms of passenger volume
between airports in Spain and third in the Iberian Peninsula,
and in the top twenty in the European Union. Expansion work
has continued after the inauguration of the T3 terminal and the
building of a second runway is in the process of construction.
