The Landlord Law ConferencesFor the past two years we have run a very successful conference for landlords and letting agents, in Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. In 2015 we will be running two conferences:

The Cambridge Conference – 14 April 2015This year our main Landlord Law Conference has relocated to Homerton College Cambridge, as we decided we needed somewhere a bit bigger.

The Cardiff Conference – 15 May 2015We were then asked by our main sponsors TDS, if we would consider putting on a Welsh Conference to cover the legal changes that are taking place. This Conference will be taking place at the Angel Hotel located in the centre of Cardiff.

Both Conferences present an excellent opportunity for your business to connect with new customers.

Sponsorship opportunitiesThe 2014 Conference had around 85 delegates. This year we will be looking for up to 80-100 delegates for each event.

Delegates in the past have been about 50:50 landlords to letting agents and we expect the same for 2015.

Exhibitors tables will be in a separate room at both events, where refreshments will also be served. Giving delegates a strong reason to visit the exhibitors room.

We are allowing two generous comfort breaks of 45 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon, with 1 hour for lunch – plenty of time for delegates to explore your exhibitors table and promotional material.

Both venues have on site parking and you will have access from 8.00 am to set up your table.

Filming the conferenceBoth our previous conferences have been filmed and we will be arranging for Bev and Tracy Williams of Tracy Island TV Productions to film both Conference for us in 2015.

We will be using the film footage for online courses as well as for the promotional video for the next years conferences.

We will ask Bev and Tracy to include film footage of all exhibitors tables and to interview as many exhibitors as they have time for during the breaks (for the rest of the time they will be filming the conference talks).

We will be using film footage showing all the exhibitors tables in next years promotional video and hope to include some interviews with exhibitors also.

The Cambridge event – 14 AprilThe Cambridge event will take place in the main auditorium at Homerton College, Hills Road, Cambridge.

Exhibitors will all be in the Bouland Suite, close by, where refreshments will also be served.

You will be able to access the Bouland suite from 8.00 am on the day, with easy access via their side car park. All delegates and exhibitors will be able to park foc in the College car park.

Overnight accommodation is available in the college at £81.90 pp, including breakfast, single rooms only.

The Cardiff Conference – 15 May 2015

The Cardiff Conference will take place in the historic Angel Hotel right in the heart of Cardiff.

The hotel is opposite Cardiff Castle and close to the station.

The main conference will take place in the beautiful Dragon Suite (pictured), with exhibitors in the adjacent Prince of Wales Suite where refreshments will also be served.

Access will be available from 8.00 am on the day. If you want to stay at the Angel this is £95 for single occupancy or £105 for double occupancy including breakfast.

COST :

• This is £375.00 + VAT (£450) for either the Cambridge or the Cardiff Conference or

• Attend both events for a combined fee of £700 + VAT (£840).
