The Management Contract

• Contract term of 15 years subject for renewal for another 15 years

• Pay off or decrease your mortgage payments on your unit from your earnings on the hotel

• Automatic payments of your monthly income to a designated bank

• Units are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis if occupied and on a regular basis if unoccupied.

The Management Contract• Owner's ability to retain property ownership as well as achieve consistent

• Owner will not be affected by the occupancy status of the hotel as the contract guarantees a fixed monthly income whether or not the unit is occupied

• Payment of Home owners association dues each month and monitoring of the home owners association meetings each month

• A regular update to the unit owner indicating dynamic changes, happenings and progress taking place at Vivaldi Residences and Eurotel at Vivaldi

• Ability of the owner to reserve or book their unit in advance, minimum 1 month prior to their stay, so they would be able to stay for free( for off peak season
