Novar Gardens Shopping & Housing Project

Development management for potential 20 acre site (ex Lightburns factory site). Site design included small shopping centre and remainder of sit for cluster housing.

Plan submitted to Housing Trust (owner of the land) and negotiations later terminated, following which they went ahead and did the development themselves.

Lockleys medium density housing - Project 1

Development management for potential 20 semi-detached houses on Lockleys Bowling Club Site. Contract of purchase subject to council approval. Plans submitted to council and refused.

6 months later Council went ahead with the development in a joint venture with the Housing Trust for a remarkably similar development.

Advise owner on purchase of development site and potential for motel development. Site near turn-off to Goolwa.

360 acre proposed cluster subdivision for horse-oriented holiday owners. Each owner had a title for a housing allotment of 3 acres and a share in the common land, run by a manager. First developed proposal of its kind in SA.

Mt Compass – tourism attraction feasibility

Consulting assignment for SA Government and local council to prepare a feasibility study for a major tourist attraction on vacant land. The product concept was considered excellent. The feasibility study included:• a concept site plan• a schedule of proposed accommodation• target marketing• financial modelling for development and operation
