The property covers almost the entire length of Apo Island with a total area size of 8,688,403 sqm. The Island is part of Barangay Bintuan which is under the municipality of Coron. The municipality covers the eastern half of Busuanga Island and all of the nearby Coron Island, as well as the other 50 minor islands which includes Apo Island and Sangat Island. Coron is a first class municipality in the province of Palawan. According to the 2010 census, it had a population of 43,000 people.

It takes an hour and 15 minutes flight from Manila to Busuanga airport via Air Philippines Express, Cebu Air and Zest Air. From Busuanga, various land transport services will take 30-45 minutes to Poblacion in Coron, and a 25-minute motored boat ride to Apo Island.
Apo Island has a shoreline of almost twelve kilometers with portions of white sands. The northern part of the Island is a lush mangrove forest that serves as breeding grounds for crabs and marine life. Coral reefs are all over the southern and western sides of the Island, making it an ideal scuba diving site. The island has a gently rolling terrain with highest elevation at 160 meters above sea level. Inland valleys are orchards of assorted fruit trees such as mangoes, coconuts, cashew & jackfruit. An area in the middle of the Island is planted with rice. The island has enough room for a golf course, private airstrip and a port.
