Since the launch of the business at the beginning of the year life has
been a whirlwind of activity, including moving into new offices
(more on that later), and we’re delighted to have started off on such
a great footing.
As a specialist property investment company we’re involved in
property investment and development, dealing with both
commercial and residential properties, and are able to offer amazing
opportunities and deals to our investment partners as well as people
looking to sell quickly and easily.
We’ve been busy sourcing investment properties, finding the best
finance deals, negotiating with estate agents and landowners, as well
as everything else that’s involved in a new, successful property
business – and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

The start of the year was particularly busy for us, not least because it involved moving into our new offices at the Union Building on Rose Lane. It’s a fantastic building that was originally built in the 1970s, but it’s been completely renovated and refurbished (no orange and brown floral carpets here!) into an amazing space for businesses like ours to work out of.
Situated right in the city centre, our fantastic new premises really does offer prime central Norwich location – ideal for when we’re out and about viewing investment opportunities. Something else that’s very exciting is the fact that plans are being made for a rooftop bar and restaurant and a fully equipped gym (for if and when either of us are feeling energetic!). If you’re thinking of investing with us, we’d love to take you to lunch on the rooftop once it’s open.

With the local property market going from strength to
strength, we’re confident that Norwich will continue to be a
property hotspot for investors. In October the Telegraph
shared a prediction that ‘over the period 2015-19, the area
likely to record the highest price rises, 21 per cent, is the east
of the country, incorporating cities such as Cambridge,
Norwich and Lincoln’. The Guardian also reported that
Norwich was in fifth place in property buyers’ internet search
results in 2015 (outside of London).
A combination of a growing attraction to Norfolk as a place
to live, continuing population growth, and a shortage of
properties in the area has meant that average prices in East
Anglia are set to rise by 8 percent this year, according to the
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), compared to
a UK average of just 6 percent. Norwich itself is certainly
seeing a boost in local infrastructure, including road and rail
improvements, and business growth that only goes to
strengthen the city’s reputation. And where reputation rises,
so does average property value!
