GREAT INVESTMENT

- Ruper Oliver, and estate agent at the cities branch of the prestigious Fine and Country says growth “is most notable because of the electrification of the Great Western Line, but also Bristol's strong student population and rising growth in the legal, health and engineering sectors. These factors, coupled with the low volume of new builds, means that it's a good city to buy property in."

- So Bristol is hardly a cheap investment, but if you have the resources could be a very profitable one, with the popularity of the city only set to grow.

- Bristol has something for everyone, a huge and vibrant student community, fantastic career opportunities and a rich cultural heritage. It could make a great new start for anyone looking for a something new, however it is not the cheapest place in the country, and its relatively small size is a drawback for many.
