MEETING PURPOSE
Thank you for joining us and participating in this community discussion.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide information about service changes that will be effective on Monday, January 4, 2016.

MEETING POLICIES
Be considerate of meeting attendees and COTA staff – please silence cell phones and other technology
When it is your turn to make a comment or ask a question, please remain at your seat and we will call on you
Ask one question at a time so the appropriate COTA staff member may address your comment
Comments and questions are limited to two (2) minutes per person
Participants are encouraged to complete comment cards

COTA modifies service three times per year – the first Monday of:

Travel times will be adjusted to improve on-time service on the following lines:

NEW SERVICE: 2L CROSSWOODS-POLARIS
Goal: Add service to connect Crosswoods Park & Ride to Ohio Health Westerville Medical Campus at Polaris Parkway and Africa Road
Alignment: From Crosswoods Park & Ride – • East on Campus View Blvd.• North on Sancus Blvd.• East on Polaris Pkwy• End of the line: Ohio Health Westerville Medical Campus at Africa Rd

REALIGNMENT: 81 HUDSON-OHIO
Goal: Improve operational safety and make transfers to line 8 easier for customers
New Stops: • McGuffey Road south of
Briarwood Avenue• Briarwood Avenue west of
Hamilton Avenue
Discontinued Stops: • Hamilton Avenue north of
Briarwood Avenue• Hamilton Avenue south of
Briarwood Avenue• Intersection of Hamilton Avenue
and Loretta Avenue

NEW SERVICE: 83 OAKLAND / WEBER
Service will no longer travel to Northern Lights Shopping Center
Bus stop will remain at intersection of Cleveland & Innis
Goal: Add Sunday service and extend service from Northern Lights Park & Ride to Easton Transit Center
New Alignment: From Northern Lights Park & Ride – • Continue east on Innis Road• Continue east on McCutcheon
Road• North on Stelzer Road• West on Morse Crossing• East on Easton Way• North on Stelzer Road to
Easton Transit Center

FREQUENCY ADJUSTMENT: 18 KENNY (SUNDAY)
Goal: Align Sunday service with weekday and Saturday service to/from Tuttle Mall
Adjustment: Change the frequency between Tuttle Crossing area and Resler/Sawmill area to approximately every 60 minutes

TEMPORARY PARK & RIDE CHANGE: 58 DUBLIN & 59 DUBLIN/METRO – DALE DR. PARK & RIDE
GOAL: Due to construction changes & weather related delays, the Dublin commute lines will have a temporary Park & Ride location from November 2015 – Summer 2016
November 16, 2015: Temporary Park & Ride moved to Village Parkway
Summer 2016: New Dublin Park & Ride will open 500 feet from the former Dale Dr. Park & Ride

CMAX CLEVELAND AVENUE BRT / ENHANCED BUS SERVICE
Goal: Provide rapid transit service along Cleveland Ave, the second busiest transit corridor in the system
Update: • President Obama’s FY 2016 budget includes funding for 80% of
system construction• Real estate acquisitions• Bus branding• Public artwork• 100% design plans submitted to cities and FTA• Pre-construction outreach begins January 2016
