We don’t blame or throw tantrums when things aren't going our way, we improvise

and tap into our creativity.



We act rationally and calm in difficult situations, as we turn our difficulties into

stepping stones.



We steer away from unconstructive power dynamics, because we’re on the ball to the

fact that they are a direct result of low-selfesteem



We demonstrate care and compassion as we pull others out of the slums of

mediocrity into successful achievement.



We are opportunity minded, we are in the business of starving challenges to create

Our venture is not about restating what is wrong with the world, it’s

about what we can all do about the challenges we face in the world and how we can make governments and

corporations increasingly collaborate with young minds and appreciate

their fresh perspectives for a sustainable future.

We delight in wisdom hence we are not easily led astray.



We leave the comfortable and pursue the compelling

as we search for new challenges to strech us.



We are even-tempered and over look pity offenses, we’d rather hunt for new horizons

to conquer.



We never back dowm when life gets complicated, nor do we walk around sour

or bitter; we stand up tall.



We put our faith into practice when circumstances are beyond our control. We

don’t panic or throw tantrums.



We understand the value of forgiving others in order to move on. We are aware

forgiveness doesn’t condone wrong behaviour, it helps us focus on the task at

hand as we free ourselves from holding

We set the tone for success, yesterday’s hardships doesn’t define our today.



We are determined to modestly shine and make a difference. Playing small serves no one any good when we can influence others

positively.



Our intention is measured by our actions, we leave empty rhetoric to others.



Kind and positive words are our weapons of massive transformation. Dictating terms

doesn’t resonate with our values



We understand that problems exist

because we are ready to provide smart

solutions.
