Bid Requirements– Bids must be for complete Bid Packages. See spec section
00310, Scope of Construction Work, for full description– Bids submitted to GRG at their office at 6174 Delmar by
2:00 pm, Thursday, October 24– All prime bidders (except landscaping, pavers, and
metals/rails) must submit or have on file a MoDOT Contractor Questionnaire on file at least 7 days prior to bid opening (October 17th). See MoDOT website.
– 5% bid bond with bid. 100 % performance and payment bonds at contract award.
