In a discharge summary the Alberta Hospital’s Head of Psychiatry Dr. Brahim forged a record of my Mother and gave that for Alberta Health and to their agency Caritas in a criminal conspiracy to commit murderous Personal Directive fraud.

In the record Brahim wrote that drugs were given to my Mother as soon as they entered her into the facility. I was not informed of that before they did.

The system was wanting to have my Mother appear uncomfortable to excuse the drugs that they first gave her. Dr. Brahim did that since I told the facility that it was criminally negligent for giving my Mother drugs that would dull her ability to think straight.

The record states that my Mother was extremely restless and standing by the doors wanting to leave. The record also states that my Mother appeared suspicious of the facility and staff and very seclusive. Dr. Brahim also wrote that my Mother was resistive to his staff’s care.

In vainly conspiring to justify the use of drugs all that Brahim did was confirm my warning that my Mother has an uncommon eggshell fear of facilities and of strangers nursing. Caritas hid their knowledge of this discharge record from me, and when I did finally learn of it and gained a copy it was so faded that I found it nearly impossibly to read.

In the record Brahim wrote to have it appear as if I was not named on my Mother’s Personal Directive. It ought to be seen as indeed bizarre that he did not as it is damning that he did not record that.

Although I was in the facility daily for many hours after traveling on buses and a train to arrive neither Brahim nor any staff spoke to me of any sort of medication.

Dr. Brahim committed fraud in writing that I had been interfering with other patients. As any may see from the patients testimony in the recordings and transcriptions the elderly patients were confiding in me with respect to experimentation, abuse and fraud.

In the discharge record Brahim wrote that my Mother settled extremely well in the facility. That is for certain completely contrary to the video and audio recordings that I gathered.

The discharge record was designed ttoo hhaavvee tthhee PPeerrssoonnaall DDiirreeccttiivvee aappppeeaarr iinnvvaalliidd and designed ttoo hhaavvee mmee aappppeeaarr mmiisscchhiieevvoouuss ttoowwaarrddss tthhee ffaacciilliittiieess ppaattiieennttss.

Doctor Brahim did not know that I had a recording proving that he was the one who released my Mother to see a lawyer in order to have me named on the personal Directive.

The recordings and transcriptions of the patients testimony also reveal that he is the one guilty of mischief and murderous fraud and of conspiracy in giving the record for Caritas.
