Dear Reader,

Mr. Lararov and Mr. Kerry flown into Geneva to start their new Chess Game. Some call it

negotiations; I call it a Chess Game. Who is going to be the winner? All I know Syria is

losing in any case. It is more than just Syria, it’s the Middle East and definitely Oil, and

to throw a large spanner in the works – Israel.

If Russia is the winner, Syria will still be in a civil war. I see the current conflict as a civil

war. Al Qaeda and the large fragmentation of Rebel groups will fight on.

If the United States win, their will be an intervention, and Russia said that they will help

the Syria Government. How, we don’t know. Will Russia show more muscle, and will the

U back down. This game could be a stalemate as seen with other games as will.

On the other side of the Atlantic we find another chess game. The UN Council

permanent members meet on Syria. Envoys from Britain, China, France, Russia

and the United States - the permanent veto-wielding members of the UN

Security Council - met on Wednesday on the crisis surrounding Syria's chemical

weapons.

France on Wednesday joined the United States in putting threatened military

action against Syria on hold as the world waited for Bashar al-Assad's

government to act on its pledge to give up its chemical weapons.

Will it be practical, and my question is why the Rebel Groups not included are.

rhetoric’s.

P.S. Breaking news:

WTI Crude little changed after rising first time in three days.

U.S. stocks closed higher for the seventh straight session, with declining fears of a strike

on Syria

Yen fell to its lowest level since July, after US President’s decision to delay a military

strike over Syria.

The US stocks returned back to gains, after a diplomatic solution found for

Syria and Barack Obama postpone a vote for a military strike. Thus, the US 500

(SPI) and US Tech (NDQ) reached new highs at 1683 and 3188 respectively.

WTI Crude (OIL) has reversed its bullish trend moving towards lower lows. The

crude oil fell to 106.40 from last week’s high at 111.13.

The persistent euphoria over a possible diplomatic solution to the Syrian crisis we saw

the DAX yesterday for the second day in a row rising prices. The investors were in a

buying mood and pushed the Dow to 8,496 points, representing an increase of 0.6

percent compared to the previous day. On the purchase of the notes to investors again

found the shares of E.ON and RWE. Dealer stated that some investors would now

speculate that the conditions for suppliers would improve after the election.
