All donations will be legally accounted for

Rs.16 lakh will be spent (limit as per Indian laws) on partisan political campaigning after the Election Code of Conduct is enforced in 2014

Party policy: cash, liquor, feasts or gifts will not be offered to voters

Rs.1.34 crore to be spent from June 2012 till the date when election code of conduct is enforced in 2014
