• The patriots able to achieve their independence by the Saratoga. The Saratoga was the turning point of the war, we beat the British in a real battle. Other countries started to help us, then at Valley Forge all the army's trained together and then at Yorktown we achieved our independence. With the help of the French they surrendered and we were free.
