of a fatally flawed report on global warrning.<SPAN style='mso-spacerun: yes">&n
bsp; </SPAN>The petition to prevent distribution is in response to the Bush Adm
inistration decisions to include discredited research and dunk science in the r
eport, <I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">Climate Action Report 2002</I>, i

meet the minimum statutory requirements for scientific rigor, and should be immediately withdrawn by the EPA said Christopher C. Homner, senior fellow at CET.
