A. Retail advertising rates apply to a retailbusiness, organization or association; to aqualified retail division of another business;and to advertising of a bona fide voluntarychain. Advertising must be direct to the con-sumer, for one or more stores situated in thestate of Wisconsin and/or the UpperPeninsula, having the same name or identifica-tion and offering a similar service under a sin-gle ownership or control.B. The rates also apply to advertising of pub-lic consumer services, charitable organiza-tions, established community welfare servic-es, civic programs and political advertising.C. General rates apply to wholesalers, distrib-utors, franchisers, manufacturers, gasolineand oil producers, utilities, air and cruise lines,national media networks, interstate transporta-tion companies, telecommunications, mailorder and other advertisers not clearly identi-fied with regular retail channels.D. For position requests please refer to theretail revenue rate grid. In no event will adjust-ments, reinsertion or refunds be made becauseof the position in which an advertisement hasbeen published. No orders accepted on a posi-tion or omit basis.E. Adjustments for errors will be made onlyfor the area of the ad involved and in propor-tion to lack of service to the advertiser.
