Summary
NEW REALITY The users are brought in at the beginning of the development process and provide ideas and feedback for what they need. In-house business analysts in IT or other lines of business develop apps with direct collaboration from users. Organizations measured the value of apps with correct metrics that makes the overall business process easier and more efficient.
