The objective for the WiMP campaign was to reach and engage quality users in Germany and Denmark, let them download the WiMP player and sign up for a free account. Together with WiMP we defined two main KPI’s for the campaign: 1) Create brand awareness 2) Acquire active users that not only downloaded the WiMP player but also played x number of songs within a certain time period.

We wanted the campaign to be relevant and engaging. This led to define specific campaign targets accounting for consumers between the age of 16 - 40 that were resident in either Denmark or Germany.  

The objective About the case WiMP is one of the leading and award-winning Scandinavian music streaming services for both consumers and professionals.

Leadmill was commissioned for this campaign by our valuable partner Glispa.

Our aim with the campaign, was not only to acquire users for WiMP in the target markets – we strived to acquire users with premium quality to ensure high retention rates and continuous engagement within the app after the sign up.

To ensure the highest ROI possible for our customer, we ran this campaign on CPL basis (Cost-Per-Lead).
