Early last month I had the pleasure of being invited to be a speaker at the In-Cosmetics International Beauty Conference (don’t worry I giggled at this idea too). As one of my friends said “you will be easy to spot Carl”. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Carl and I am the founder of an international web design school in Bangkok called Web Courses International. I am also a United Nations Consultant, senior and author.
