I have been working with Rizwan and Goldbar for several months now. I tried Goldbar last year and quit because I really didn't know what I was doing. I came back in the spring of this year. The main reason I came back was because of Rizwan Ahmed. He gave me great one on one service and took car of any problem that ever came up for me. He treated my like a friend and someone he was concerned about and not just another person he "had" to take care of. He always went the extra mile for me and my business. You don't find many people like him in online business. He even asks about my dogs and shared with me that he had a horse. He is a one in a million customer support manager and I am glad he is now able to train and help others to reach this same level. Please pay him well or someone might steal him away...yikes! That would be tragic for me and all others who are helped by him. On the other side of the business are the Goldbar tools and membership software. They are great too. I considered going elsewhere, but came back here when I was ready because you provide good quality tools and help, and you have the best customer service on the planet. I'd like to write a few words about my experience with Goldbar over the past couple of months.

In general, I have been pleased with your service. Rizwan Ahmed, my account manager, has been terrific: wonderfully responsive and clearly hard-working. We have a lovely rapport, and I truly enjoy working with him.

One quality of Rizwan's that I particularly value is his willingness to adapt his expectations to my requests. He consistently "goes the extra mile" to see that I receive the end product I hope for, and I sincerely appreciate this.

At the same time, there are two elements of my interaction with Goldbar with which I've not been completely happy -- though again, I hasten to say that Rizwan has done his best to help me around them.

One is your user interface which I find either inscrutable or confusing. I do wish it were easier for me to find information about my account (messages, tracking data, etc.). The second is your lack of templates. I do wish I could get into my account and do some of the tasks myself and easily get them to look the way I want them to look. I imagine, however, that this is simply not your business model. Nevertheless, I do wish I had a little more autonomy in this process and that I weren't so totally dependent on Rizwan, as good as his work is.

Overall, however, I have been quite pleased with Goldbar's service – and extremely pleased with Rizwan Ahmed's work as well his gracious and cheerful demeanor.

Again, Riz, I am delighted with your work and our relationship.  In my experience, it is extremely rare to encounter any product or service which when delivered exceeds expectations so consistently.  One other thing that has delighted me is your willingness to hear statements and entertain questions from this “newbie" without responding in a judgmental or derogatory fashion.
