Keywords are the Key Phrases, Long Tail Phrases or Buying Phrases people are typing into Google as we speak.

Don’t build a website to sell tennis balls and go on to tell the client all about how wonderful you and your team are. Tell the client how wonderful the tennis ball is.

Your site should include:

Take the above bullets and turn them into questions. These will be your Key Phrases/ Buying Phrases and Long tail Phrases. So think about how visitors will type it into Google!
