The use of fading between each shots makes it clear the switching from past to present, the fading out as well as the music also displays euthanasia.

The use of found footage in a book also presents looking back on time and past memories. Also the colour grading in these shots highlights that it is an old photo

In this shot the idea that someone is watching behind the beads is something I like. This shot is another memory with this connoting someone watching and remembering memories. It is like a POV shot as the is presented as someone watching on.

The MCU of Tu Pac uses the rule of thirds to give this shot meaning. As he looks over to the grave a connection is made as someone in his life has obviously died.

Further found footage of an older Tu Pac presents time moving by as this comes later on but further along in the book. Also the CU of Tu Pac and the eye line connection gives connection to the audience. The idea of time moving by in this way is something that works well.

Throughout the video time fluctuates between past and present this shot shows the mum looking down to her memories in the present with this shot eventually fading out into another memory.

Further found footage of Tu Pac establishes his past in the video as throughout the shots it builds up his age in chronological order starting from when his mum was pregnant to present, this builds the narrative of his life.

Towards the end his mum can be seen watching footage of Tu Pac on the television with this also illustrating time moving on as he it started off as Tu Pac just with pictures to him ending up on television.

The blurred footage gives the positions the audience as distant from this memory as it is harder to make out what is going on. It also highlights his critical physical condition. This is something we could implemented in our work as our main character is going to be presented as drunk.
