1. INTRODUCTION

In an age of information overload and ubiquity of advertising messages, brands communication needs to be targeted, segmented and one-to-one. To achieve this result, effective CRM strategies and dedicated tools are vital for acquiring optimum knowledge of the brand’s customers and prospects.

Most businesses these days are equipped to store, analyse and exploit a large quantity of customer data. Qualifio’s SaaS software package offers a response to this issue by enabling its users to rapidly and efficiently create interactive content on the web and social media, with a view to the acquisition and qualification of consumers’ profiles.

2. WHAT IS QUALIFIO?

Qualifio Manager is a powerful and user-friendly SaaS software package that helps engage digital audiences, as well as generating and qualifying profiles/prospects on a daily basis. Qualifio users do this by using over 25 interactive formats such as quizzes, personality tests (Buzzfeed style), surveys, votes, photo contests, instant wins, forms, video galleries, games, etc. It takes just a few seconds to integrate these types of interaction on any website, blog, mobile app or Facebook page.

3. WHO USES QUALIFIO?

Within a company or brand, Qualifio’s users are those who interact on a daily basis with digital communities. In other words : community managers, webmasters, content marketers, e-commerce managers, event managers, e-CRM, etc. The solution allows them to manage their digital interactivities in a flexible, independent and cost-effective manner, without the slightest technical knowledge being required. Qualifio is a multi-user and multi-brand tool which compiles all of the data gathered by these different teams within a single database.

4. AN INTEGRATED CRM, SYNCHRONISED WITH YOUR OTHER SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS

Each participant in an identified campaign (= via form, Facebook Connect or Single Sign On) has its own profile in the Qualifio CRM. This unique profile is updated during the user future participations.

For instance: new subscription to a newsletter (opt-in), addition of a date of birth or phone number...

CRM queries allow profiles to be downloaded and then integrated within other tools.

For example: the exporting of all men aged 25 to 45 in the Paris region who like rock music.

Qualifio is not a stand-alone tool but is easily synchronised in real time with a company’s other IT architecture solutions, whether CRM (Selligent, Actito, Adobe, SmartFocus, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), CMS, E-mailing, Single Sign On (Gigya, Janrain, proprietary solutions), Analytics or DMP.

5. SPECIFIC CRM FUNCTIONALITIES

The Qualifio solution has been specifically developed for the collection and qualification of data. Its numerous CRM functions enable you to ensure the success of campaigns and the quality of the data collected:

MANAGEMENT OF FORMS

OPT-IN MANAGER

The creation and management of forms within the tool is extremely simple. Numerous field formats are available, including numerical, alphanumerical, dropdown list, radio button, upload of images or documents, checkbox, matrices, etc. “Hidden fields” can also be added to each form in order to transfer background information to the participant’s CRM profile, such as campaign ID, language, website of the interaction, etc. Forms are managed by specific users: admins and marketeers

The various opt-ins and subscriptions are managed via the Opt-in Manager, which allows users to add different opt-ins to the form they’ve selected and to centrally manage all subscriptions. The Opt-in Manager also includes a reporting and statistics module.

DATA VALIDATION & INPUT MASKS

STANDARD AND PERSONALISED CRM VARIABLES

Input masks exist for numerous fields, so that the formats required in your CRM can be respected.

E.g.: Belgian telephone number as +32 4XX XXX XXX, loyalty card number starting with 2 letters then 8 figures, etc. Error messages, meanwhile, can be configured directly within the solution.

Each field of a form is associated with a CRM Variable: {firstname}, {lastname}, {email}, etc. It is also possible to create your own personalised CRM variables. This information will then be present in each unique profile from your Qualifio CRM, and synchronised with your corporate CRM.

CRM VALUE OF EACH FIELD

CAMPAIGN THEME

The value pushed into a CRM profile for each response to a particular field is personalisable.

E.g.: the choice of city in a dropdown menu from a multilingual campaign: Bruxelles – Brussels – Brussel. It’s possible to define the value “BRU” for each of these responses and keep your data consistent.

The classification of themes can be associated with each individual campaign, such as for a cinema chain: science fiction, romantic comedy, drama, etc.

QUALIFICATION FORM

EXPORT, STATISTICS & QUERIES

An additional and optional form can be proposed to each participant. This can be rewarded (with 1 additional point, an extra chance in the draw) in exchange for completion.

Each campaign is the subject of a detailed report exportable in .xls/.csv. (participants, participations, funnel, sociodemographic data, etc.). The Qualifio CRM possesses transverse statistics and allows targeted queries and exports, such as extracting a file containing all participants aged between 25 and 35 who have ticked an opt-in, participated in “Romantic Comedy” campaigns and live in the Paris region.

STATISTICS BY PUBLICATION CHANNEL

GLOBAL STATISTICS MODULE

A campaign can be multichannel, for example, published on a website and a Facebook page. Alongside the statistics from a campaign, statistics “per channel” are also available and allow the different conversion rates to be compared.

The Global Statistics Module contains all of the KPIs for the account. This data can be filtered by campaign type, period, user, publication channel, etc. This module also permits the calculation of your return on investment, such as acquisition cost, etc.

MULTIPLE TRACKING OPTIONS

MULTIPLE VIRAL MECHANISMS

Numerous tracking and analytics methods are usable in Qualifio campaigns, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Xiti, CIM, tracking pixel, Facebook Ad Manager, UTM code tracking per participant, etc. Access to the source code of each page of a campaign enables you to integrate specific code, pixels, etc. into it.

Numerous viral mechanisms based on social media and e-mail make it possible to organically boost the reach of a campaign, most notably via rewarded sharing.
