My name is Luis Alejandro Culcay, an

ecuadorian guy that is

Living in London since

July 2013, I am proactive

and openmind person,

trying every day to learn

new rentable steps to

get to my goals, keeping

in mind that I can learn

from other as they can

learn from me.

I got a master degree

that I did it in Spain,

from this I am learning

how to exceed needs

from our customers nad the best way to anticipate them, so at

the end your customer

will feel care of.

Three things that I keep in mind

are hospitality, trying to exceed

the guest´s needs so they will

not feel that they are in a hotel

but they are in a place that they

feel care of their needs.

Customer Service, be there for

them so you can anticipate an

action that can result in

complain in different ways.

Sales, trying to give what they

want and more, if your company

do not have good relations with

the customer is difficult to get

them back and your company

will not be profitable for long.

One of the memorable

actions that helps me to

built this pasions in marketing was the travel

that I made to United

States for 3 months each

year since 2008, I worked

in many places giving

customer services and

related to sales as well, the

way you can exceed the

needs so you can create a

good relation between

customer and company.

My weakness is that

sometimes I am a bit

conformist and not getting

the best from the job, now on

I am writing goals to finish

every task that is in front of

me so I know that I need to

reach them. My strengths are that I have

never step a side from a task,

every single job that I have

had in front of me I gave my

best so I know the company is

getting the benefit they have

been looking for.

One of my favourite quote is from Albert Einstein that is talking

about insanity, when

ever you get the message you will know

that to get what you

want there is not only

one way to do it, and

better say there are rentables ways to accomplish it.
