THE CHALLENGES: Lyon College had recently imple- mented a new, mobile-responsive design populated with old content from the previous website. They recognized that their current web- site may not measure up to current best practices for higher educa- tion institutions online. As a small college, they did not have the resources or expertise in place to determine what issues existed and needed to be addressed. They were hesitant to make a financial commitment to a full-scale audit and strategy; EVG worked with them to determine the best way forward, which proved to be an abbreviated audit.
