with suggestive or predictive search, if possible.• 4. As some customers will be arriving from search engines and

won't land on your home page, so every page should include consistent and clear navigation and breadcrumbs. Use common headings on the main navigation to make the site instantly familiar - for example, on an online fashion store, use ‘Women’ and ‘Men’ as top level headings, and then using drop-down menus split by garment type, e.g. Dresses, Tops, Accessories.
