Bad Good
Bad Good
Bad Good
So, what is the scale that is bad?
“Yes, let’s start something!”
“We are doing some cool work.”
“Fuck this place.”
How we try to not go over the edge.
You will never do the same thing twice, get used to it. Don’t rely on process;
it’s a guide, not the rule.
Embrace the uncertainty
Meet in small groups for the shortest period possible. You can’t schedule
the making.
Doing > talking
Great ideas can come from anywhere & anyone can and should call bullshit.
Be flat
Hire doers over managers. Leadership has nothing to do with
titles.
Get shit done
People who have good taste & ideas will create great work, no matter their
background.
Disciplines are now just guidelines
UX Design Copy Tech
Great work is hard work. Iterate and push ideas ‘til they are simple & smart.
And then do it again.
Simplification is next to godliness
You’re going to be wrong a lot; that is how you get to good work.
Don’t be precious
Make the best things with your best friends.
Culture is important
