White labelThe Fibonacci Social Spiral [FSS] was derived from observing how nature already scales itself [AKA everything].

It is for this reason that the Fibonacci Social Spiral is believed to be able to provide a foundation on which any brand can be based and scaled effectively.

Fibonacci Sequence || The Golden Ratio

★Fibonacci Sequence starts: 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, ... The next number is found by adding up the two numbers before it.

★Applications of Fibonacci numbers include computer algorithms and in biological settings, such as branching in trees, and ebb and flow of tides, the fruit sprouts of a pineapple. The spiral’s found in fine art, architecture, the human face, etc.

Kinetic TheoryThe kinetic theory describes a gas company as a large number of submicroscopic particles (atoms or molecules) people,

all of which are in constant, random motion.

★ Look for even tone of voice, laughter, open body language, lack of buzzwords, relaxed verbal hiccups or interjections, and someone who can look you in the damn eye.

★ Alpha displays insecure, negative, cannibalistic, destructive behaviors.

★ Behavior: trolling disguised as “concern” for the company, project, or (targeted) team member(s)

★ Look for curtness, passive-aggressive gestures [Ex: Curt, concerned email at 9pm on a Sat.], not addressing someone by name in their presence, silence (“social siberia”), exaggerated facial expressions and tone of voice (acting), burn-a-hole-in-your-soul stare

★ Avoid: spoiling this person by not calling them out or holding them accountable, “well actually”-ing them

★ Attract: positive framing, transparency in all that you do, always thinking about the future (do not let them grow stagnate)

★ Roles manifest as Prom/Ice Queen, bumbling leader, jealous significant other, Debbie Downer

★ Scenario: there can be only one...

★ Behavior: predatory, jealous, reactive, sudden negativity, secretive, glibness, undermining, dogmatic, fire starter, pseudo admiration or “concern”

★ Avoid: oversharing, allowing this person become the group “gate keeper” to contacts or resources for anyone new

★ Attract: supportive check-ins with alternate contacts (esp. Alphas), very clearly defined roles, social proofing healthy space,

★ Attract: Reminders for genuine feedback, asking questions (even/esp. when the one in control)

★ Roles manifest as star/sycophant, arch-enemies, frenemies, incumbent/threat, priest/plagued

★ Scenario: this town isn’t big enough for the two of us

★ Behavior: grandiosity, narcissism, “kill-or-be-killed” mindset, concern trolling, complacency, inability to establish boundaries, conflict avoidant

★ Avoid: “I” statements, high-touch comm., being emotionally effusive

★ Attract: neutral, project focused language. Compliments. Alternative routes. Extra eyeballs.

★ Behavior: predatory, exclusionary, mini-mob o’ terror, openly unethical, bullying, mafioso vibes

★ Avoid: attempting to join + drive, letting on that you ‘know too much’, flexing power (real or imagined)

★ Attract: more/alternate Alphas to the group(‘s activities) in order to dilute Power Triad’s stronghold

★ Scenario: we were here first>follow the leader...or else

★ Behavior: fear driven motivators, passive aggressiion, ‘everyone for themselves’ Hunger Games vibe

★ Avoid: playing groups against one another (they’ll figure you out), acting as mediator to win favor [seen as gossip]

★ Attract: play the neutral zone, get on a new team in a different dept., a new gig
