your automation tools.

1. Use tags in asset names.You can use titles of programs, lists, and forms to group and categorize assets. Trigger smart campaigns based on the tags.

2. Sequence smart campaigns.Break down complex smart campaigns into smaller ones. Then tie them together to get insights into how they perform.

3. Customize program statuses.Make your reporting your own by specifying what program statuses you use and how you use them.

4. Segment your lead database.Segment your leads by buying stages, personas, pain points and whatever else you want. Next, personalize.

5. Employ consistent naming.Simple naming conventions can be really helpful. Save time searching for assets and reporting on groups of programs.

6. Sync Marketo & Salesforce.You’re probably syncing your lead database. But what about your programs/campaigns and progression statuses?

Synced reporting, members, success conditions; everything.

7. Make use of static lists.Make them your permanent record of program membership. Personalize nurturing based on them.
