Strategic objective: To create customer intimacy, by incorporating topics identified on a Railway industry Advisory Board to build an agenda resonating with a senior level audience of railway professionals and travel agencies.
Our approach: We delivered the event creative concept including a series of images that defined the event print material. We also
wrote and produced ‘Destination Barcelona’ a film to position Amadeus as a thought leader.
Business results: Reinforced business relationships and substantial number of new customer leads. “Destination Barcelona” ranked top in the event customer survey.

Strategic objective: Launch of a thought leadership whitepaper for Amadeus focused on airlines and traveller segmentation for the future.
Our approach: We had to come up with a creative concept to explain the 6 traveller tribes. Project deliverables to help included a short film plus suite of original photography depicting each different traveller ‘tribe’.
Business results: Best ever results for Amadeus measured by social media interactions and Google searches with more than 25,000 online video views.
Market: Worldwide launch from taking in US, Europe Asia Pacific, LATAM, Africa.

Strategic objective: For a number of years DMA Partners managed all brand development for ONO (the only competitor to Telefonica at that time). During this period, ONO went from zero to 2 million customers, roughly 6 million people, in a period of 10 years.
Our approach: We were the lead consultancy on developing the brand, building customer stories and narrative, and delivering multiple
design projects customer communication, including commercial promotions.
Business results: In the period that we worked for ONO they grew to reach 2 million connected households in Spain. ONO has now been bought by Vodafone.

Strategic objective: To create awareness and attract new members to the organisation, in an attempt to make QS, the UKs most significant network of legal professionals.
Our approach: To develop a bold communications campaign, including consultancy, messaging, graphic design, visual ideas, photography and copywriting for the
messaging and content. The campaign was run in the Law Society Gazette for 6 months.
Business results: Notoriety from the campaign and many enquiries from the Law Society Gazette to build a pipeline of potential new members.

Strategic objective: To grow the recognition of Croatia as a tourist destination significantly in the Spanish market. We worked with the Croatian National Tourism board for 5 years, developing their campaigns year on year, positioning Croatia as the ‘Mediterranean as it once was’, promoting gastronomy, fine wine, secluded beaches and beautiful islands.
Our approach: Helping create awareness we developed visual identity, advertising campaigns, all photography including all campaign evolution.
Business results: A massive increase (+140%)of visitors travelling to Croatia from the Spanish market.

Strategic objective: To help a large team spread over 5 continents within the company, to fully align and support the business in its growth agenda. The campaign lasted around 2.5 to 3 years and focused around a set of common values and working methodology.
Our approach: We provided consultancy, and development of the concept. Throughout the project we delivered communication that was then presented at employee conferences,
used for internal communication, including the development of a web interface. Filming interviews with key people helped get the message across to the employees.
Business results: The results have been very positive in aligning the function resulting in a much more effective service delivery.

Strategic objective: To re-position the Toshiba B2B division, as a solutions provider rather than a hardware provider. Toshiba had developed software for back office processes and workflows and had reviewed their long term strategy in order to enter the software market by building awareness with their long standing customers on this new direction and solutions offer.
Our approach: In-depth consultancy on the campaign, development of the messaging, positioning, communication theme, photography design, and campaign rollout.
Business results: Sharp increase in sales of software solutions and enhanced brand awareness.
