90-DAY TRANSFORMATION

The first thing we do once we are hired is establish a timing plan. It will certainly change as the programme progresses, but you have to start with something and generally we work on a 90-day timeline.

Sure, sometimes we can do this in less time, but it also sometimes takes longer. It depends on how quickly we can gather the information we need from within your organisation and if we need additional research. So we say 90-days, which is a generally accepted timescale within the industry and business generally.

This may be the most significant initiative your organisation has launched in a long time, so you need to be sure that you have time to get it right. !
