So if I discount my product and receive just over 50% of revenue there is no margin to make a profit? Remember, This is not a “get rich quick scheme” . Your campaign is about acquiring new customers and turning them into repeat and referral business to grow and evolve your business. Whilst there is still incremental revenue to be earned, the sustainable revenue will come from the growth of your customer base and the repeat and referral business that it generates supported by your loyalty and rewards program

But will I be cheapening my brand? We only promote your offer for a limited period of time and try to develop packages that are exclusive and do not compete with your core products. The price point for your offer is based around your average customer spend which attracts customers with the right amount of money willing and able to spend a similar amount with you at a later date (after all we know your great , so why wouldn’t they!)

How do I manage the volume of customers coming through and there are times where we are booked out completely for full paying clients? You are in control – a customer has to contact you or use your reservation system before visiting you so you can organise a schedule that serves you best. During peak periods many businesses manage their customers by allocating a specific amount of placements for a certain timeslot to ensure that regular full paying customers are not turned away. For example if a Saturday has ten timeslots you may allocate 2-3 for spaces for group buying customers so 8-10 spaces are still available for normal clients when they book in.

So when and how do I get paid my share of revenue? Depending on the advertiser revenue is paid in a variety of different ways. Most pay either 50-60% upfront within seven days with the remainder paid as your customers redeem their vouchers at the end of each month. Some advertisers pay half upfront with remainder in monthly instalments.

And what about the customers who don’t turn up what happen to them? They get reminded about their voucher expiring and are encouraged to come to your location, some advertisers feel that production costs still need to be covered by customers who do not show and others are happy to share the revenue despite them not showing up – its part of what we negotiate in your terms and conditions,
