HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PETS?
You’ll need to LOVE them forever!! <3
Give them a nice home to stay.
Treat them nicely.
Feed them food that’s appropriate for them.
Bring them to visit the vet if they are sick, do not self-medicate them.
INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT HAMSTERS
Hamsters can remember their relatives.
In order to stop hamsters from having babies, you must keep them separately.
Dwarf hamsters live about 1.5 to 2 years.
Hamsters can be taught how to come by name.
Hamsters have cheek pouches to store food and treats.
I know I’m cute, but
please remember to
love me all my life!
“If you see a ear-tipped
stray cat, that means it’s
been sterilised and is
cared for by a feeder!”
WHY STERILIZE?
So that unwanted baby animals need not be born to suffer.
An unwanted animal living as a stray risk being culled or abused.
Your pet will be calmer and more affectionate.
Reduces the risks of cancer of the reproductive organs.
Makes your home cleaner because your pet won’t mark the house all over with its urine.
WHY ADOPT PETS?
It is difficult to find homes for pets as there is an over population of animals in Singapore, that’s why many animals are put to sleep.
If you and your family wants a pet, why don’t you adopt one from SPCA? By doing that, you are saving 2 LIVES!
Firstly is the pet you adopt and secondly is the empty space in SPCA can use to save another live.
Do not adopt a pet out of sympathy. A pet does not deserve a second abandonment.

WHY MICROCHIP?
Microchip is a tiny transponder put into a pet’s body.
Animals used microchip as they do not have wallets to keep their ICs.
Most pets do not remember their way home if they are lost.
Your pet belongs to you, and no one else can claim otherwise.
You know there is still hope if you lost your pet.
I’m the size of a
rice grain, so I
won’t hurt your
pet!
THE END! :D
