Training Plans for your athletesCreate a training plan, assign it to your athletes, analyze their progresses.
You can only improve what you measure!
Home - DashboardAfter logging in you will see the user dashboard.
From the dashboard you can access a set of functionalities to manage your account and to visualize your past sessions.
Choose Settings, then Subscriptions.
The Coach and Athlete account
On the top of right corner of the dashboard you can change the view from Athlete to Coach and vice versa.
Create and Manage your teamsTo create a team, from the coach dashboard, choose Teams then Add new team.Note: When you are logged in as a Coach you'll find the dashboard colored in blue. As an Athlete the color is red.
Getting Started with the Training Plans
Choose Training Plans from the Menu.Then select either:Plans: To create and manage training plansCodes: To create recurring text items that you can add to your training planIndoor Cycling: To create ERG files for indoor training (users can import them in many indoor training apps)
Manage Training PlansVisibility: Who can see the training plans (athletes, coaches)Assigned: The athletes that have the plan in their calendarAction: Edit or delete the plan
Fixed Date and Generic Plan (1/2)You can choose between a Fixed date or a Generic training plan.A library of Training Plans: You can import “generic plans” inside a fixed or a generic plan, that means you can have a library of plans that can be reused.
Fixed Date and Generic Plan (2/2)In a Fixed plan you select the start date, the duration and the athlete (the plan will appear on his calendar)In a Generic plan you just select the duration and the visibility (the athletes will choose when to apply it)Generic plans can be used as building blocks and can be imported and reused in other plans.
Writing a Training Plan
It is time to write your training plan.In a certain day, you can insert one or more training codes. You can also import a Generic training plan made of multiple days.
The athlete schedules his Generic training plan
Generic training plans are scheduled by the athlete. They can be scheduled multiple times.
Fixed Date training plans will automatically appear in the athlete calendar at the date chosen by the coach.
The training plan in the athlete calendar
The training plan appears in the athlete calendar. By clicking on the day, he will have access to the entire training plan.
