A LOOK INSIDE THE GUIDELAZY’S PERSON WORKOUTS
1. BARE MINIMUM • Take the stairs - not the elevator • Park your vehicle further away from your work or the store entrance • Eliminate one "cheat" food from your diet • Walk one 2 kilometers (ca. 1 mile) three days per-week • Eliminate soda • Drink plain water • Black coffee only • No custom made foo-foo caffeinated beverages • If you sit most of the day
• Get up every hour to do something • Walk the stairs, do bodyweight squats • Get on the floor for some abs • Walk during your lunch break • Move in some capacity.
