•Saving as many animals possible! By completing 3 main objectives- A.N.D (Adopt,Neuter,Donate)

•Getting as many teens, kids and subsequently adults, involved with saving animals

•Teaching young ones that loving animals is a virtue, After all today’s kids are tomorrow’s leaders

•Having fun along the way!

Strategic Moves•Dividing the country into regions

• Creating a huge database of animal shelters and animal organizations

• Collecting data of average yearly adoptions and neutering

•Hiring 1 regional manager and as many volunteers possible (mainly kids and teens)

• Start saving lives and Gamifying the process!

So, what’s the Game Plan?

• Going into crowded places, equipped with leaflets emphasizing the 3 A.N.D’s -

•Adopt a pet now! (Each volunteer will walk with 2-3 pets).

•Neuter your pet, if you really like him/her! Collect details of pet owners for neutering possibilities.

•Did you save a life today? If not, DONATE now!

So, how do you make volunteers work enthusiastically?

Gamify it, of course!

After each shift we summarize

•How many animals have been adopted?

•How many people filled their details?

•How much donation money did you collect?

Each Volunteer Earns Points!

•100 XP points for an adopted pet

•50 XP for each costumer that filled his details and neutered his pet

•Each dollar collected is 10 XP

Ranks• Volunteers will receive cool Global Pet Force

Uniforms

• Ranks will be awarded when earning enough XP points- Private, Corporal, Sargent etc..
