Can you not brush your teeth daily?

Or not take your Ferrari in for maintenance?

You know the consequences:

• Bad breath and Rotten teeth

It is the same with your body.

You need to take Responsibility. Your Body is Priceless.

Not Making Time to Exercise

Think about this:

Prevention is Cheap. Cure is Expensive

Why pay for a fitness coach?

Many exercises are available free on the Internet or cheaper to join group classes in the gym.

Are they addressing your individual needs?

You might have a weak back due to long hours sitting at the computer.

If you start running without proper training, you might start having back pain

It is not a one size fits all

Prevention is cheaper than cure.

Flawed Design Program

Are you insisting on building bulging muscles?

Then be prepared to look big BUT move like a block of wood.

Building bulging muscles alone will affect your joint mobility.

You might look good but your joints will be aging faster because of overly tight muscles.

Tight muscles lack endurance and energy.

Build mobility fitness – strength and flexibility in all your joints for more energy and healthier joints.

Manage Physical Aches and Pains through Massages

It will provide relief to tired and overused muscles.

But the pain comes back as soon as you return to work.

Why?

Address the muscle imbalances and re train muscles to proper functioning and movement.

As long as I am not Overweight, I consider Myself Fit

It is a myth.

Skinny people can have physical aches and pains.

Because our body needs movement to stay healthy.

We are designed to move.

Without movement, the joints are not getting its regular “lubrication” to slow down

the aging process.

Physical Fitness = cardiovascular and strength

Missing element is Mobility

Mobility Fitness is strength & flexibility to move and Move with Quality.

Poor movements or movement dysfunctions are potential causes of physical aches and pains.
