MOST areas of the District site and the RI website can be accessed WITHOUT logging in or filling in a password.

SOME PARTS of the District Site AND the ‘My Rotary’ area of the RI website DO require logins to gain access.

‘The News Flash’ is Our bulletin that chronicles Club Activities and Accomplishments throughout the District.

Many Areas on our District website can be accessed by Everyone

The ‘Announcements Area’ contains timely information that is Relevant to all clubs and Rotarians in the District.

‘The Events Calendar’ shows upcoming District as well as Individual Club Events throughout the District.

Clubs are encouraged to submit important Events for posting on this comprehensive calendar, for all to see – contact the webmaster for event submission details .

‘The Monthly Message’ by our DG Deb Glisson contains interesting reading - and her inspirational articles serve as great topics for discussion for all Rotarians.

The Foundation and Grants Pages – Written by Foundation Chair Paul Scott and Grants Chair Mark Matt - contain a wealth of useful forms and information.

• It’s important for ALL District 7150 Rotarians to take a few moments to ‘login’ and REGISTER their membership data on our District website.

• All information is then sent UPWARDS to RI where it is assimilated into the RI database.

• Registration on our District Site allows RI (AND US !!) to keep accurate information and statistics about Members and Helps to improve the Goals and Aspirations of Rotary both here at Home as well as Globally.

• The best way to accomplish this is for Club leaders to guide local Club members through the process!

So, Why ‘login’ to the District Website?

• When you LOGIN, You access INSIDE parts of the Website ‘Dashboard’ that contain password-protected Membership details as well as other Leadership tools.

• Levels of Data access depend on the Leadership designation assigned to Club and District officers.

Once Inside the website, You will find a District ‘Dashboard’ Where you’ll discover password-protected data that resides in specific Areas:

• For Members (only)

• For Club Executives

It’s simple to ‘login’:• Go to the Upper

‘Right Corner’ of the District website,

• Pick a Username (any) and create a password,

• Check the ’keep me logged in’ button,

• You’re Done !!

So How do I login to the District website?

Easiest way to FIND the RI and ‘My Rotary’ site is to Start at our District Site first, and follow the link.

The RI Website has an amazing wealth of information about all things Rotary, and is an ideal source for keeping up to date on the latest news from around the country, and around the world.

Club Runner has done a great job of organizing the most important RI links all in one place.

They can be easily accessed from our own District website - and are found in the Upper left corner.

You will find Great sources of information for New Officers AND New Members there.

Just SOME of the Reasons to Register and login to ‘My Rotary’ include:

• Registered Members can make ON LINE Contributions to the Foundation there and track their donation history and PHF status.

• Club officers (Presidents, PE Elects, Secretaries, Treasurers, & Foundation Chairs) can get useful information about trends & Statistics of their Clubs.

• Club membership details, foundation donation stats, EREY eligibility, & Club goals are found there.

• “Club Central” contains individual member profiles, and useful Club information.

• For Members: you can update your personal information here.

• For Club and District leaders: you can follow Club trends here.

About: ‘My Rotary’ “Rotary Club Central”

• You must create a DIFFERENT ‘Username’ and Password than you did for the District Site !!

• The District site and ‘My Rotary’ websites will have different login credentials.

So, How do I ‘login’ to ‘My Rotary’?

Your ‘Username’ will be the Email address you have on file with RI.

• Our District website and RI websites work together, and Each site contains useful information unto itself, designed for the “Engaged” Rotarian and Active Rotary Club.

• You must Create SEPARATE ‘Usernames’ and passwords in order to ‘login’ to the District website and the RI ‘My Rotary’ site.

• You should Spread the Word and encourage ALL Club members to Use the websites by practicing the ‘See one, do one, Teach one’ method !!
