Effective Leadership Strategies Authentic- find your personal voice, brand and identity and do not attempt to be
someone you are not.
Power & Confidence – don’t shrink to make others feel big. Embrace who you are using emotional intelligence and business intelligence.
Influence – be the person others will want to follow. Speak up with sound opinions, not volume. Ensure your homework is complete before you get to the meeting or have the conversation.
Integrity – deliver what you promise. Trust and honesty is key. People are listening to what you say and do and what you don’t say and do. Be willing to walk away from people and companies that do not have integrity.
Share – withholding your gifts and talents limits your greatness. Share information and your knowledge to help others grow.
Mentor – help others up the ladder of career success. Aspiring young professional need phenomenal, powerful, influential women to guide and help show them the path to success. Give back.
