•A group of individuals who all work at the same place. •A group of individuals who happen to have the same manager or supervisor. •A group of individuals who do the same job in the same location.

A Team IS… Two or more individuals, interacting and interdependent,
who come together to achieve particular objectives.
A group that shares, and says that it shares, a common purpose and recognizes that it needs the efforts of every one of its members to achieve this.
