Leadership Development Process The managers of an organization should expect a monthly face-to-face meeting with their Future Thinking Consulting coach. This coach will focus on building the managers to accommodate organizational future needs. The coach is available throughout the month and no additional fees will be added. There are 4 scientifically based trainings that can be given by the coach to their managers in a group setting that educate on communication, production, team building and finally empowering the leader. All workshops are one day long and significantly prepare the manager for common daily obstacles that they can apply their newfound knowledge to.
