The World of Word and Work

1. Supporting the boards with any guidance and assistance to create a well manage organization.

2. Building leadership, responsibility, and togetherness among ESo members.3. Creating qualified members to compete in regional and international

competition.4. Delegating as many members as possible to participate in various

competitions and be the winners. 5. Doing positive collaboration with other organizations in Unila and other

institutions outside Unila.6. Maintaining good relation among ESo members, boards, seniors, and alumni.

1. Members are able to do their responsibilities as well as their position in ESo.

2. Each of ESo members is able to know at least one branch of competition in ESo Unila well.

3. There are at least two members who have ever led an event in ESo

4. There are at least two times getting achievements from local and international scale.

5. There are at least two cooperations toward private and state institutions.

6. There are three events which involve ESo members, boards, seniors, and alumni.

INTERNAL CONDITION

It was on January 2015, when we started to rearrange the management of ESo Unila with the assistances from all boards. The condition

was much better because ESo had a lot of great boards and new members who were willing to help and work together in every conditions.

Here are the members of ESo stated in Rector’s Instruction (SK).

EXTERNAL CONDITION

1. In Unila, ESo Unila had good relationship with the other organizations in the university. We had engaged in any meeting for example meeting from Communication Forum (Forkom) of the university. 

2. Further relation was the fact that ESo Unila was more known by the other institutions, companies or schools in Lampung and nationally in many events held by national-based English competition. 

3. Eso Unila had made cooperation with some institutions.

STEERING EVENTS OF ESODescription: Giving direction, advice, and

solution to the committees of the events.

Aims : To create an effective work of committee

Target          : Everything related to the events, especially to the works of committee

Indicator     : There are some events which held by ESo. (Pra-Fun Camp, Fun Camp, Open Recruitment, Lampung Newbie Debate, ESo Cup, LOVE-Comp)

STEERING COMPETITION WHICH IS FOLLOWED BY ESO

Description : Taking decision about who will be delegated to join in any competitions and supporting them by training.

Aims : To control the participation of ESo member in every competition

STEERING  WITH OTHER ENGLISH CLUB (SHS AND VARSITY)

Description : Holding cooperation with SHS in Lampung who need coaches from ESo and doing cooperation with other EC Varsities.

Aims : To maintain and expand a good relation between ESo and other EC.

Target : Several regional and national scale English Clubs

Indicator : There are at least 3 times sparing with other EC. There are 3 ESo members who become SHS coaches.

Description : Holding cooperation with other institutions.

Aims : To maintain and expand a good relation between ESo and other institutions.

MONTHLY MEETING

Description : Evaluating the program held by boards every month.

Aims : To share any progress and obstacles face by the boards and to create the circumstance of togetherness.

MEMBER OF THE SEMESTER (ESO REWARD)

Description: Giving reward for members who are proactive in ESo activities and have achieved good achievements.

Aims     : To give reward for qualified members and encourage ESo members to gain more achievement and give more contribution.

Target      :ESo boards and member batch 2013 and 2014

Indicator : There are 2 people chosen as member of the semester, They are coming from different

batch (2013-2014).Day/Date : The first reward will be given on June, and

the second reward will be given in the annual meeting (Mubes).

UNACCOMPLISHED PROGRAM

SP SAYANG SEMUA (WARNING LETTER)

Description : Giving warning letter for boards and members who come and participate rarely in ESo activities. (will be given three times, First WL, Second WL, and Third WL)

Aims : To control active and inactive members and to control every member’sresponsibilities.

Target : All boards and membersIndicator : There are six warning letters which

RECOMMENDATION

Here are some recommendations for the next President and Vice President :1. Increasing boards’ performance in running their work plan to create

better organization.2. Strengthening the relationship among seniors, alumnus, and advisors of

ESo through making routine meeting or gathering for creating good relation

3. Creating a better communication and coordination, in order to create a better ESo through making internal seminar from seniors or other organizations who are able to give information about organizational management

4. Increasing willingness of each member to work hard and enrich their knowledge through sharing, training and tutorial in ESo. Thus, we will able to increase ESo achievements.

5. Strengthening networks and creating new networks to build a better relationship of ESo among other networks such as English Club in Lampung and outside Lampung, English Course, other UKM, goverment, private companies.

RECOMMENDATION

6. Broadening cooperation and relation with bigger scale companies and institusions.

7. Make your rule, and do your rule. Although ESo always bring the spirit of togetherness, but ESo Unila is still an organization which has several rules that must be done.

8. Be a good role model for ESo members. Try to do the best for yourself and also for ESo.

9. Respect ESo members and other people, when you have some trouble with a member, don’t bring the problem into a forum before communicate it first personally.

10. When a member do a mistake, warn him personally,don’t warn him in a big forum or even in front of outside people. Don’t think that you are the best because ESo doesn’t need a perfect person but a perfect team.

Finally, this is all our report and we are so grateful to everyone who had

worked together with us to make a better ESo. We understand that during this period we still lack in everything, that’s why we ask for your forgiveness and we hope ESo can be better in the
