Most individuals and organizations across the globe think traditionally “from the box” and keep

struggling. Some who presently lead do so by thinking differently. They “think outside the box” to

innovate, compete and grow.

New management and leadership styles and present strategies have added value to the traditional

organizations. But the big question is - Is it enough for tomorrow’s leaders and enterprises?

Our present growth model is driven by shifting from one box to another. And because of this we are

only diverting the problem, not really solving them. Unknowingly we are creating bigger and trickier

problems for future.

Current Approach

The root cause for all this ‘growth-on-steroids’ is our Gang of 5 internal villains called LFEAD. If we

suppress, fight and ignore these villains they only get stronger as we indirectly feed them now. The

only way out is to dissolve them.

The Gang of 5 internal villains - LFEAD stands for:

L - Limited understanding of self, this gives rise to

F - Fear hidden within, this triggers the

E - Ego, which further gives rise to

A- Attachment and this ultimately gives rise to

D - Dominant mind that is compulsive and repetitive in nature

We identify and drive out the

Gang of 5 Internal Villains from individuals and organizations

LFEAD is the root cause for all pain areas leading to all organizational bottlenecks, constraints,

limitations, process leakages, wastages, underperformance or infertile organizational culture . It is the

culprit behind lack of creativity, team spirit, motivation coping mechanism, fertile organizational culture

and the list is long.

We believe that all organizational bottlenecks and constraints are because of some process failure. But if

we go deeper we will realize that this process failure is in turn because of the LFEAD of an individual,

or a group or the management itself. It’s time to address the root cause of all the problems and not only

address them at the superficial level or in a narrow manner.

We measure the “As is” situation and also the “To be” situation to identify the Gap we need to bridge

for the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). We measure the change through our scientific tool called

GOLFCUP Analysis.

GOLFCUP is the acronym for Growth parameters, Organizational fit, Leadership parameters, Future

readiness, Coping mechanisms, Universal relevance and Performance parameters.
