7 top tips for Managing your
Winter WOrkforce
Ensure the winter forecasting has been done by taking into account the seasonal trends and including any forecast events, e.g. Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas etc. and then create the labour demand from that.

Ensure that your employees availability is up to date and if employees agree to greater flexibility make sure this is reflected so that the schedules can use it. If using mobility request employees check and update their availability using their phones.

Using the labour demand create your winter schedules, agree the winter shifts with your employees especially if there are different start & end times and different shift lengths.
