Society Registration Service

• A group of people with a common socialintention can form a Society under SocietyRegistration Act in order to shift towards theattainment of the social goals.

• 1. Name of the Society

• 2. Object of the Society

• 3. Office address

• 4. Object for forming the Association

• 5. Minimum 7 members

• 6. A general body meeting should have been conducted before Registration

Company under Section 25

Obligations of Section 25 Company:

1. The profit of the organisation should not be used for personalbenefits of Members

2. The memorandum of Association cannot be amended withoutpermission from the Central Government department.

3. The non-profitable company has to follow the rules and regulationsas implemented by the Government of India.

4. If an existing company apply for Section 25 license, then theMemorandum and object should satisfy the rules and regulations aslaid for Section 25 company.
