and think about more than fault!

• Remember is about not just the worker but the supervisor and what he or she did past and present and then how is or was it covered in your safety program and to whom!

• So what did you ask• Was it ever covered by a

supervisor and when and with WHOM!

• How did you measure competency and knowledge and document it !

• And last but not least it is not about blame or fault it is about correction in the action!
