The PRobLeM:There are many issues with the way slammer cocktail is prepared which makes it difficult to enjoy on a regular basis. Firstly, the drink is usually only consumed at home because of the accessories needed to prepare it: a cloth is always needed, as well as a glass, and usually also a wooden board to slam it on. Secondly, some of the drink usually gets spilled not only on the cloth, but also on the surface where the drink is being prepared, resulting in a sticky mess to clean up in the morning. Thirdly, there is a considerable chance that the glass can break, cutting the consumer in the process.

The SoLuTion: We came up with a product that addresses all the above mentioned issues. After slamming, the consumer can open Partyslam in an instant and drink the cocktail out of a glass which doesn’t hinder the cocktail’s flow. Partyslam is cost-effective, easy to produce, and simple to use. Its size and shape are customizable and it can be used for any other application where simple and cost-effective packaging is needed. The slammer is a popular cocktail and an inventive solution such as Partyslam would only serve to increase its customer base. Partyslam is patent pending and is the first packaging solution that addresses all the flaws in the traditional slammer preparation process. There is no other packaging in the market that has the same functionality as Partyslam, and we cannot buy a pre-prepared slammer in pubs, stores, or anywhere else where beverages are marketed.

AdvAnTAgeS: Convenience is Partyslam’s prime advantage, as it allows consumers to drink a slammer wherever they are. It is so convenient that they can even enjoy their drink on the go, instead of the old-fashioned way of sitting at a table or bar. In order to design the best packaging for preparing and consuming the slammer cocktail, we had to focus on every technical detail of our packaging. It is crucial to have a glass instead of a bottle as the lower part of the packaging, both to ensure Partyslam can open in an instant, as well as to make mixing the 2 beverages as simple for the consumer as possible. Due to its versatility, Partyslam can be put into production immediately in a wide range of manufacturing contexts, and due to its cheap production costs, both established players as well as new market entrants can benefit from it.
